I am a partner and co-designer of Steven Bruce Design. Formerly, I worked as a consultant for CSI, a public relations firm specializing in arts, entertainment, and special events. I also worked in the public relations and film departments at The Museum of Modern Art and in the public education program for the New York Public Library. I was a former actor and model. I received a BA degree in Liberal Arts at the New School University and attended the Art Students League in New York. Steve, partner and co-designer, was an actor and attended the American Conservatory of Music where he studied drums and was inspired throughout his life by rock and jazz music and is influenced by abstract art. He worked for Robert Isabell, who was called “The King of Flowers” and was a huge event designer at that time. Steve trained under him, honed his creativity and found he had a knack for floral design. After working for Isabell, Steve ran his own successful business, first in New York City, then in Los Angeles and Chicago before settling down in New York.
